Parsing SQL field - XML field into regular field

We have two SQL tables. One table has one field with XML data. We need the data to be parsed into regular fields. the Second SQL Table has one field with XML data (but has four separate data). the Field name "UserData" but it may contain interview information, background check information, application, or references. It needs to be parsed into separate fields.
