Oracle HCM Core HR Migration

I'm in need of a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM specialist, specifically experienced with the Core HR module. The project will primarily involve two key tasks:
- System Implementation: It's essential that the Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR can be appropriately configured and fully functional, matching our unique HR requirements. Knowledge in effective configuration and implementation of the Core HR module is critical for this project.
- Data Migration: We currently are using AS400 and aim to migrate existing data to Oracle Cloud HCM. The chosen freelancer must demonstrate profound knowledge and experience in successful data migration from AS400 to Oracle Cloud HCM without loss of crucial information.
Suitable candidates should have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly Core HR, and have prior experience with both system implementation and data migration. Familiarity with AS400 will also be desirable. This project requires attention to detail, successful problem-solving abilities, and a clear understanding of our HR needs and challenges.
