I want to remove helper queries in Power Query which show when importing a files from a folder without slowing down the main query. I have attached a file that you can put in a folder to test

The key thing here is I need the load speed to be the same after removing helper columns as with. I already know how to remove helper columns but when I do it the load speed goes up by 100 times. So this project will only be accepted if you can make load speeds the same.
