New Vuetify website required with 4 CRUD Forms based on existing excel spreadsheet using SQL

Hi, We have an 4 different excel spreadsheets which are used to record client data in each row. We want each line to be displayed as a Form in a new Vuetify website so that the data can be inputted and recorded in an SQL database. We need to be able to search within a View to find and edit each entry. We will have created the SQL tables in advance. Main Tables will be Customers, Products, Distributers, Documentation, Validation.
A Distributor will have multiple Customers. A Customer will have multiple Products for sale. Each Distributor must collect documents from each customer. Each Distributor must contact and check each Customer every 6 months. Reports to show this data.
We are flexible and will review and edit the Table structures.
Excellent knowledge of UI design in Vuetify , Vue front end and Form CRUD design with SQL at the back end. This will be a hosted service on Azure. It is vital that you have relevant knowledge and are available to start quickly as a team ideally
