Need VS.NET programmer with Oracle SQL

I have a of project going on for a client and I am looking to hiring someone with good knowledge on VS.NET.
Will need to make some basic changes in the program to insert some data from a form to a database.
Skills required:
VS.NET on Visual Studio 2015
Oracle SQL on Toad
This is a very small project for a client right now but we would like to hire an ideal candidate on other projects after this. We have multiple projects going on and would be able to provide larger projects to motivated ideal candidates.
