Need an Experienced BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST With SQL & BI background TO SUPPORT HEALTHCARE PROJECTS OF US

I need someone who is very experienced working in IT projects or company with having experience in Business Analyst, Advanced SQL, Power BI's to assist me in writing some documents, running query and doing some analysis.
I will not need help everyday but may need help few times a week and i would like to select a person who can be a support for a long term establishing good relation with me as friend and continue working. I am not looking for someone whom i give money and get work done and just like that but rather work long term.
