Hello, I've been working as a data engineer at a technology consultancy firm for a year. I'm looking for a mentor to quickly specialize in my job and also to earn extra money through freelance work. The person I'm looking for should be able to help me find freelance jobs.
I will allocate all the income from my first three freelance jobs to my mentor. If this person wants to continue working with me, I will directly transfer 50% of the income from the next 10 jobs to them.
During this process, what I expect from my mentor is assistance in finding freelance jobs, general guidance once found, and answering my questions when I encounter challenging situations. Apart from that, I will handle the jobs on my own. My goal is to create a win-win strategy by combining the mentor's knowledge with my dedication to work and learning.
