Modify Existing SQL DB with Access Front End

I currently have two databases that I believe are SQL databases with Access front ends for me to run reports. One of them the data is uploaded from a CD I receive each month containing 11 .txt files with the data. The other the data is downloaded from a web service and I am not at all familiar with what that data actually looks like on the web service. I need both of them modified or possibly even just rebuilt from scratch. I potentially have a third database to be built from scratch as well. These were originally built by a guy I found here on Freelancer but there was a bit of a language barrier and I was not as familiar with the data as I am now. Both of those obstacles made it a bit difficult to get the end results I really needed which is why I now need them modified or redone. I don't think either of them are all that difficult but obviously I don't know which is why I need someone to help.
