Modern SQL-Based Purchasing System Development

I'm looking for a modern and sleek purchasing system that runs on our internal Windows server and is SQL based. The system should be similar in appearance to Amazon's interface. Key features should include:
- Emailing orders directly to suppliers
- A switchboard to show outstanding orders
- Some reporting capabilities
We currently use an Access database for our purchasing, so the new system should replace and improve upon this. The reporting capabilities should cover:
- Order history
- A stock list for suppliers
Ideal candidates for this project will have strong experience in SQL and Windows server environments, and a track record of delivering modern, user-friendly systems.
