Mirth Channel HL7 IDCO -> SQL and embedded base64 PDF

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me developing a Mirth Channel HL7 IDCO integration. The project requires the following skills and experience:
Source of HL7 messages: Laboratory Information System
Database: I already have an existing database (MS SQL Server) where I want to store the data.
Tasks involved in the project:
- Transforming HL7 messages from the Laboratory Information System into SQL format
- Storing the transformed data into the existing MS SQL Server database
- Extracting embedded base64 PDFs from the HL7 messages and storing them in a folder
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Mirth Channel HL7 integration
- Proficiency in working with MS SQL Server databases
- Familiarity with transforming HL7 messages into SQL format
- Experience in extracting and processing embedded base64 PDFs from HL7 messages
