Oracle EBS, SQL Server, PHP wordpress, PHP larawell -- Rework --Migration from SQLserver to Oracle

I'm looking for a freelancer who can help me with a migration from SQL Server to Oracle. The size of the database to be migrated is small, less than 1GB . Freelancer must have hands on experience in both database. Forms and Reports experience must. The migration needs to be completed by the freelancer as soon as possible.
Also expected good working knowledge in Oracle EBS, PHP WordPress and Lara well language.
