Microsoft Fabric & DataLake Setup

Job ID: 40252756

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

I need a clean Microsoft Fabric tenant spun up and configured specifically for Data Engineering work. Once the workspace is live, the first priority is to stand up a DataLake in OneLake, wire it to multiple SQL databases we already host, and pull selected datasets from two external APIs.

After connectivity is established, I want reliable batch pipelines that land raw data in clearly defined folders, plus a simple data catalog so my analysts can discover what is available without hunting through storage paths. All components should follow Microsoft’s recommended best-practice security and naming conventions so the platform is ready for future scale-out.

Deliverables
• Provisioned Microsoft Fabric workspace with OneLake enabled
• Secure connections to the specified Oracle databases and external APIs
• Automated batch ingestion pipelines with logging and basic monitoring
• Data catalog populated with table and file metadata, searchable inside Fabric
• Brief hand-over document outlining configuration, schedules, and next-step recommendations
