Metabase Setup & Integration with WordPress

I need help to set up Metabase and integrate it with my existing WordPress site. You'll need to connect Render.com with GitHub and get everything running.

Requirements include:
- Set up and deploy Metabase on Render.com
- Create a free SQL database (MySQL preferred)
- Connect SQL database to Metabase
- Build dashboards and visualizations in Metabase
- Enable public sharing for iframe embed URLs
- Embed iframes into my WordPress site

You'll also provide a brief explanation on:
- How to manage Metabase
- How to build new databases and reports for clients

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with Metabase, Render.com, GitHub, SQL databases, and WordPress
- Ability to explain technical setups in a user-friendly manner
