Macro on database access + request sql

Hello for the project i need first of all à macro in access that copy past in Excel file all variables of all tables of the database(. Mdb) .
So in the sheet, each column is à table in the first line you have thé name of table and after the line 1 , in line 2 and next, all variables of the table.
This program give me all variables of my database
After that i send you the variables in différents tables i need for my New database and you can make thé request SQL that i must use to have my New database.
