MTurk / Microworker expert with some SQL / Excel experience

I'm looking to bring someone in full-time to join the team and provide expert-level knowledge in Microworker and MTurk, with some experience in MS SQL / MS Excel available IMMEDIATELY.
No need of programming skills or make of tools, other than a bit of SQL to know to import and export and update data on a table. Just some experience with sites like these, preferable MicroWorkers too.
It can be used API with MicroWorkers too, but use of CSV from their UI for import/export also very simple, similar to MTurk.
