MSSQL DB Technical Support Needed

I'm facing an issue with my MSSQL database. I need direct assistance with data deletion as I'm encountering an error stating that the "log for database is full due to 'active_transaction'". I've been trying to delete data using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), but I'm unable to resolve the issue. The size of my database log file is between 1GB to 10GB.
