Looking for a Database administrator -SQL SERVER -- 2

Need a Database expert who has great experience in database administration and available for 5 to 6 hours in a day with minimum experience of 5+ year in same domain

You'll ensure that:

1. Data remains consistent across the database
2. Data is clearly defined
3. Users access data concurrently, in a form that suits their needs
4. There is provision for data security and recovery control (ensuring all data is retrievable in an emergency).

As a database administrator, you'll Responsibilities to:

1. Establish the needs of users and monitor user access and security
2. Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users
3. Consider both back-end organisation of data and front-end accessibility for end-users
4. Refine the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model
5. Further refining the physical design to meet system storage requirements
6. Install and test new versions of the database management system (DBMS)
7. Maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act
8. Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata)
control access permissions and privileges
9. Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans
