Looking For Power BI Architect

Looking for the temporary resource who are good in the below skill set
5+ years of experience in working with PowerBI hands-on
Architected atleast 2 full life-cycle implementations using PowerBI as the visualization platform
Good knowledge of constructing semantic layer using Tabular Model
Strong expertise in SQL
5+ years of experience in working with databases with specific knowledge of SQLServer
Experience in optimizing performance of PowerBI reports / dashboards
Knowledge of Cognos will be a big plus
