Logistics SaaS Backend Team
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking for a reliable backend partner who can stay with us long-term as we scale our cloud-based logistics platform. We are firmly committed to a Node.js stack and run an SQL database layer, so deep hands-on experience with modern Node.js frameworks and relational databases is essential.
Core work ahead
• Design and build new microservices (REST/GraphQL) that handle shipment tracking, carrier integrations, billing and user management.
• Optimise existing Node.js services for performance, security and high availability.
• Extend our SQL schema, write efficient queries and create migration scripts.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes or similar).
• Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
What I’d like to see in your application
Please lead with your experience—successful SaaS projects in logistics, transport, or any complex domain are particularly valuable. Feel free to mention relevant previous work, tools you prefer, and any ideas for improving scalability or data integrity.
This is an ongoing engagement; I aim to collaborate closely through agile sprints, iterate quickly and refine features based on customer feedback. If robust Node.js development and SQL tuning are in your wheelhouse, I’d love to hear how you can help us grow.
