Local to SQL Image Transfer

I need help transferring a set of JPEG images from my local computer to an SQL database.

Requirements:
- Transfer images in JPEG format
- Store images in SQL database

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SQL databases
- Familiarity with image handling and transfer
- Ability to work with local computer storage
