LlamaIndex storing only one record in the database.

I have a project where I am using LlamaIndex to read json file (using a document loader) which contains data about books in JSON format and storing that in the SQL database. I have defined the context of the SQL tables. The problem is:
1. It only stores one record and skips the others.
2. As a part of prompt, I need to provide contextual constraints (such as "Merge duplicate records, don't store data with missing values, etc)
