Laravel Ludo Website Customization

I manage a Ludo-tournament platform built with PHP 7.4/ Laravel and need a focused round of improvements.
First, the wallet module is misbehaving: withdrawals and deposits sometimes fail altogether and, worse, users occasionally see the wrong balance afterward. I want clean, atomic transactions, proper rollback handling, and reliable balance calculations so every rupee is reflected instantly and accurately.
Next, I’d like an internal employee area. I picture a simple dashboard where I can create an employee record, store basic profile details, and assign a role (finance, moderator, support, etc.). Those roles must drive access throughout the admin panel, so please wire this into Laravel Gates or a package you trust for fine-grained permissions. Only authorised staff should be able to view or act on the wallet screens once you are done.
When you finish, I expect:
• bug-free wallet code with deposits and withdrawals completing successfully and balances updating in real time
• a fully functional employee page with profile storage and role assignment
• solid access control integrated into the rest of the site, committed to Git with clear deployment notes
