E-Invoice Submission System Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create an e-invoice submission system. The system needs to integrate with MS SQL and ASP.NET core with Angular TypeScript.
Multiple user types will interact with this system: internal staff, vendors, and customers.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in MS SQL integration
- Asp.net Core, API or Microservices
- Front end : Angular , Typescript
- proficient with dapper.
- Understanding of e-invoicing systems
- Able to design a multilingual web interface.
- Able to design for multiple user types
- experience in integration with third-party API's
