Improve View Speed

I need a freelancer to improve the view speed of my website, which currently takes 6 minutes to load. The successful candidate should have experience in optimizing website speed and be able to provide a detailed project proposal outlining their approach. The databe is SQL Server, so, experience in this tool is a must.
