Help to start using a supercomputer

Dear Freelancer,
I am an economist looking for big data solutions. More precisely, I need a computer scientist to teach me the following:
Task 1: Teach me how to input a large quantity of data into a supercomputer (Spyder documentation attached) using the software MobaX.
Task 2: Teach me how to decompress multiple files in a single Microsoft SQL file using MobaX. I need to create a proper environment to use Microsoft SQL and Phyton with this data.
Task 3: Teach me how to make BASIC extractions in the Microsoft SQL server designed to teach me how to make more complex extractions autonomously. I have some experience with POSTGRESQL.
I expect some video calls in January to fix the problems.
Relevant documentation is attached. Please, feel free to make bids by tasks separately. Happy to chat with experienced computer scientists to reach a fair payment scheme.
A specific invoice (for a Belgium University) is likely required.
