Help to optimize our SQL database to increase performance

Hi,

We are looking for a professional who has a lot of experience in Microsoft SQL and can help us optimize our tables/indexes, increase the performance of the database and reduce query times for our reports.

You must have a proven track record of optimizing SQL databases (including an excellent understanding of types of indexes and where/how to implement them).

If you have also have a background in reporting, that would be advantageous.
