U.S. Healthcare Data Analyst - SQL, Python, TOSCA

Job Description

Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems (Claims, Membership, Provider, Billing, Payment, EDI – 837, 835, 834).
Strong SQL expertise for data validation and reconciliation.
Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with automation tools (Python, scripting, or AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot).
Experience with TOSCA Data Integrity (TOSCA DI).
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of RDBMS and non-RDBMS systems.
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and evolving organizational needs.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.


Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Perform end-to-end data migration validation between legacy and target systems (e.g., Facets, QNXT, or custom platforms).
Design and execute parallel testing strategies to compare outputs between source and target systems.
Perform extensive data analysis to support business and project needs.
Develop and execute SQL queries to reconcile large datasets and identify discrepancies.
Automate validation processes using tools such as Python, GitHub Copilot, or other scripting frameworks.
Validate claims, eligibility, provider, and care management data for accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Prepare test reports, reconciliation summaries, and audit documentation.
Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
Demonstrate potential to take on future team management responsibilities.
