HTML-CSS-SQL Web App Development

I’m putting together a full-stack web application and need an extra pair of hands to turn my wireframes into a working build. The stack is intentionally lightweight—pure HTML for structure, modern CSS for a responsive layout, and SQL on the back end for data persistence.

Here’s the current state of play:
• Core screens are sketched out in Figma.
• A rough ER diagram already outlines the tables and relationships.
• Hosting and a staging database are live and ready for your code.

What I’d like from you:
• Pixel-accurate markup that matches the wireframes.
• Clean, modular CSS (I’m fine with vanilla, Sass, or Tailwind—whatever keeps the styles maintainable).
• SQL scripts to create the schema and seed it with sample data, plus a few well-commented queries we can reuse in the final app.
• Brief setup notes so I can spin the project up locally in one command.
