We have an MS SQL database, we have integrated the database with a company that provides messaging services. There is a scratch card on each of our products, when the customer receives the product he/she can use the code on the scratch card, and message/WhatsApp that code to a number we have provided on our packaging, once this data is received, it is put into our database, after this we have an API provided by the company, this API checks if the code is registered on our database and responds to the customer stating if the product is original or not, we need help to manage this database, insert data, and solve problems faced.
