Freelance Project – Backend Stability & Platform Optimisation (Hospitality SaaS)

Job ID: 40006460

Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP

We are seeking an experienced developer to collaborate on an existing AI-powered hospitality SaaS platform currently in live development.

The platform already has a strong UI/UX structure and core functionality in place. Your role will not be to rebuild the system, but to professionally oversee and enhance the existing platform by improving stability, performance, and backend structure.

Scope of Work:
• Oversee and monitor the overall technical health of the platform
• Improve backend stability, security, and performance
• Fix current issues and bugs
• Ensure seamless integration with the existing cloud and storage environment
• Optimise system architecture for scalability
• Support and refine existing Progressive Web App (PWA) functionality
• Provide structured technical feedback and recommendations
• Deliver progress updates every 48 hours
• Collaborate via a shared task platform such as Trello or Notion

This engagement is focused on optimisation, hardening, and structured enhancement of an existing system — not the creation of a new one.

Engagement Terms:
• Initial term: 1 month
• Budget: £1,500
• Ongoing monthly collaboration possible based on performance

Confidentiality & NDA:

An official Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed before any work begins. Full system access and platform details will only be provided after NDA execution.

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with SaaS platform infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of backend optimisation and performance tuning
• Ability to work collaboratively within an existing system
• Comfortable providing structured technical oversight and reporting
• Familiar with cloud-based environments and scalable architecture

If you would like, I can also provide:
• A shorter version for Freelancer / Upwork listings
• A digitally signable agreement template for Deepak
• A task tracker structure for Trello/Notion collaboration

Just tell me your preference.
