Filter record according to defined interval from series of data

There are series of data with date&time stamp. The records are stored in every minute. I would need SQL query or procedure to fetch the data in interval of 5 minute, 10 minute and 15 minute selection. The required data should come evenly according to the interval selection. I have attached raw data and the expected result for reference and testing purpose.
