Extracting data from a mining machine into Microsoft SQL database

Are you able to extract data from a machine called ROMO, an on-site machine used for mining? Creating a database where we would have to collect data such as Start and end of time - When the machine is switched on and off, Fuel usage and get data for any requirement like water pressure because the machine sprays water over the land so to be able to capture the pressure units and allocate it to a database server to later get a statistic viewpoint after a month.
