Extract sql agent jobs from SqlServer MSDB (Mdf and Log File)

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me extract SQL Agent jobs from the SQL Server 2016 MSDB (Mdf and Log File).
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with SQL Server 2016
- Proficient in writing scripts and using tools for extracting SQL Agent jobs
- Familiarity with MSDB structure and data
- Ability to format the extracted data as a SQL script
I have and MSDB data and log file(mdf and log) that I cannot attach and have no backup. I created some sql agent jobs contained on it and I need to extract them rather than recreate them from scratch.
Tried to attach them but I'm getting 'Not a Primary Database File' error. The file header maybe corrupted.
