Extract database table names from text files with sql statements

Run through a couple of hundreds of text files with SQL statements to extract database table names - focus on the select table name and join table name.
The database table names are then to be put in an excel file (format will be provided). A good understanding of SQL statements is required. Whether the analysis of the text files is done manually or automated doesn't matter but a very quick turnaround (24- 48hrs) is required. Thanks.
