Extract Customer Data From SQL -- 2

I need a clean, repeatable way to pull customer information from my existing SQL database and place it into a file format I can open in Excel. The job is strictly data extraction—no analytics or database restructuring required.
You will:
• Write and test the SQL query or script that selects only the customer fields I specify (e.g., name, email, phone, address, plus any additional columns I confirm).
• Export the result to CSV or XLSX so I can open it directly in Excel.
• Provide brief, step-by-step notes so I can rerun the extraction whenever my database updates.
The database is already live and accessible; I will supply connection credentials and table details once we start. Accuracy, clear commenting, and a quick turnaround are most important.
