Expert MSSQL Freelancer needed for Per Diem Hourly Work.

Need an excellent MSSQL user for per diem hourly work on an as needed basis for various projects. Do not inquire if you are not familiar with MSSQL. Freelancer will work with me in real time, live, by remoting into my machine and working with me on writing various queries using my database. Will probably work in 1-2 hour segments as needed. Experience required. Please, only serious inquires from those highly experienced with using Microsoft SQL. I need someone flexible, excellent at communication and willing to give their opinions, thoughts and ideas. Needs to be available usually during evening hours (night time) my time (EST).
