Error in SQL Store procedure update

I am trying to add a column in a store procedure. The column is added but it is not calculating as it should. It is showing zeros all through. I need helping is solving this update in the store procedure. I have attached in the word pad, what I tried to do and the result i got. I also attached the Store procedure for view. I need help in solving this. If I am not explicit enough plz contact me and I will explain better. Thank you.
