Enhance ASP.NET POS Reporting

I have an in-house POS web application built with ASP.NET that already handles back-office and admin tasks. To give our team deeper insight I now need to:

• pull additional data from the existing database so we can generate richer sales, inventory and user-activity reports;
• introduce a few new tables that will store the extra information these reports rely on;
• wire everything up in the current reporting pages so the new figures appear alongside the data we already show.

You will work directly in the existing solution, extending the data layer (SQL, Entity Framework) and adjusting the front-end views written in WebForms/MVC (whichever you find when you open the code). Final deliverables are the updated database scripts, revised C# code, and the modified report pages fully tested on my staging server.
