EDI 214 Assembly for SQL

Attached is the sample 214 DB along with two documents for 214 mapping. There is one document which comprises SQL script to upload data to the applicable 214 Tables. Logic needs to be created (a .Net assembly)
The application will iterate through a Stored Procedure which will contain the login credentials for multiple 214's.
Connection type is to be dynamically determined (e.g., FTP sFT< AS2...), files downloaded to a temporary local directory and uploaded.
