This project focuses on the design and implementation of a distributed NoSQL database system capable of handling large-scale, dynamic data with high availability, scalability, and strong consistency.
The system uses dynamic sharding to automatically partition and distribute data across multiple nodes based on data growth and access patterns. It incorporates replication and consistency mechanisms such as quorum-based replication or distributed consensus protocols to ensure data integrity even during node failures or network partitions.
The project aims to balance the scalability and flexibility of NoSQL systems with the consistency guarantees of traditional databases. Performance, scalability, and consistency are evaluated under different workloads to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed architecture..
