Developer required we can reduce sql memory usage -- 2

I am looking for an experienced web developer to work with me to reduce the memory usage of an existing SQL database. Previous knowledge and experience working in web development is a must, as I already have an existing development platform in place. The main task of this project will involve optimizing SQL queries to reduce memory usage.
