Developer required we can reduce sql memory usage

I'm looking for an experienced Database Developer who is familiar with reducing SQL memory usage. Being available on short notice is also a must. This person needs to be highly experienced, knowledgeable and reliable when it comes to database development. The successful candidate must also need to have strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
The developer should have knowledge of database management system concepts, implementation and usage as well as data flow and storage techniques. The successful candidate will be able to identify and resolve issues related to database functions, query optimization, indexing and dealing with database constraints.
The developer should have at least 5 years of experience in developing software applications and have in-depth knowledge of current technologies and their uses in the development of enterprise scale databases. The candidate should be able to develop SQL queries that are optimized and can effectively reduce the memory usage.
