* Healthcare experience required
* Strong SQL Required
* Must know HL7 (structure, not engines) and Microsoft SQL to assist with building new HL7 based queries and to retrieve data and document some processes for Development and Operations teams.
* Client will be writing HL7 messages to Databricks and will need help writing complex queries
* Develop a strong understanding of each integration’s data workflow, identify the supporting systems and their role in the integration
* Provide analytical support and construct world-class data specifications for client integrations in accordance with enterprise standards
* Conduct requirement hand-offs with the project team’s resources and update requirements based upon review
* Demonstrate functional knowledge of Interface Engines (Mirth), HL7 standards and other data formats utilized in the transmission of healthcare data
* Provide analytical support for client billing integrations as well as EMR, RIS and PACS conversions
* Maintain existing real time data integration operations by triaging and addressing change requests, bug fixes and functionality requests
* Facilitate project meetings with customers in a professional manner
* Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment
* Furnish guidance and direction to the project team and subject matter experts to execute necessary changes to the database/application logic
* Recommend best practice on testing strategies and proposed data solutions
* Ensure proper use and protection of information assets by complying with the organization’s information privacy and security policies to protect assets from unauthorized access and by reporting any security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization.
* Strong background with Healthcare Systems
* HL7 integration experience (DICOM experience a plus)
* Mirth and/or Corepoint Interface Engine experience a plus
