Desktop based Point of Sale software

I would like to have a desktop based point of sale software that is running SQL or MySQL database. This should be developed already and customized to suit the needs that i want. Also it should have a licensing mechanism that expirers if the client doesn't pay. This should also be able to track sales and inventory with different access levels for data entry and reporting.
