Databricks SQL Code Development

I'm on the hunt for a highly skilled SQL programmer with an intermediate level of understanding to help develop a tailored SQL code using Databricks SQL.
Note: Technology: Databricks sql - code should be compatible with Databricks SQL ( only use SQL, not pyspark or spark sql) and compatible with streaming delta tables; no new UDF's allowed.
Key Project Details:
- Although no key combinations were mentioned in the questionnaire, the derived increment ID needs to be functional and versatile in relation to varying key combinations.
- Each bidder must include a detailed project proposal that outlines how they will approach and complete the project successfully.
- Have proficiency in creating efficient Databricks SQL codes.
- Possessing knowledge in handling data and creating unique ID's based on key combinations is a plus.
