Database Normalisation Expert Needed -- 2

For my project, I require an expert well versed in Database Normalisation, specifically forms 1,2,3. The main goals of this normalisation process are to eliminate data redundancy, improve data integrity and enhance database performance for better usability in my document database.
Identification of primary key(s),foreign key(s),partial dependencies,transitive dependencies
Ideal candidate skills:
- In-depth knowledge of data normalisation
- Experience with document databases
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring data integrity and performance
- Applying normalized data to a documented environment
Take note that we're not using SQL, NoSQL or Cloud-based systems. Instead, a document database system will be utilised. Your previous experience in such an environment would be a big plus. Your role will be pivotal in assisting this project to reach its objectives.
