Reporting to the Head of Amazon Marketplace, The Data analyst will be responsible for creating a user friendly reporting system and providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that are vital to the company’s success.
Making sure that our data analysis is automated and coherent so we can make the best analysis of our market, possibilities and current situation. Together with the Operations, Amazon & eCom Teams and working on enhancing our Analysis and Data Interpretation of Data Outcomes.

Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and analysis to help drive short-term and long-term data driven strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Produce insights-focused deep dive reports by leveraging various data sources and analysis resources such as Amazon and Shopify marketplaces, and Amazon, Google, and Facebook Advertising.
Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives. This includes making sure data is visualized appropriately, creating consistent standards, and confirming that all data is accurate
Provide operational forecasting, reporting, and analytics primarily for the product and brand level.
Leverage Amazon tools to analyze the competition, category, and our own brand listings
Perform Market Research and Analyze Market trends
New Tools to Build
New Product Development/Validation Scorecard
Promotions performance (product/customer acquisition impact)
Reporting automation and accuracy (Amazon reports vs Seller Legend)
New Product Launch integrated cockpit
Enhancing (not changing completely) our current Amazon Performance Dashboards.
Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives. This includes making sure data is visualized appropriately, creating consistent standards, and confirming that all data is accurate
Perform market analysis for new product development
Automate data inputting as much as possible.
Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights for improving key metrics.
Improve sales forecast
Ongoing improvement on the work for the above.
Available to do at least 3 hours of meetings per week.
As the business grows and changes the outcomes and tools needed might vary.
Previous professional experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst
Passion for sharing data with others
Overall desire to make things better
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Amazon seller is a Must
Experience with data visualization tool
You’re an excel & spreadsheet guru - complex data manipulation, advanced formulas
Experience writing SQL queries and knowledge of relational databases would be a plus
Team player, even though this person will be an analytical thinker, they need to be present in the team to fully understand and collaborate with the rest of the members.
