Daily and MTD number of Sales and total revenue -- 3

I have two tables, Sales and Revenue, which are the sales and revenue for each city.

I need a SQL Server query that gives today and MTD values:
* Total number of sales in each city- Today
* Total number of sales in each city- MTD
* Total Amount in each city - Today
* Total Amount in each city - MTD
I need these 4 columns in one table with the city column.
