Customer Data Entry Migration

I have a growing set of customer records that currently live in mixed digital files—mostly PDFs and Word documents—and I need them moved accurately into our live customer database. The task is purely data entry, but attention to detail is critical because the information feeds directly into our CRM for billing, support, and marketing.

I will provide organized folders of the source files plus a secure login to the database interface. Your job is to review each document, extract the fields we require (name, address, contact details, account notes), and enter them into the correct tables. Where the source file is unclear, you’ll flag the record so I can clarify; otherwise, everything should be entered exactly as written.

Deliverables
• Every customer record from the supplied files entered into the database, matching the original spelling and formatting.
• A brief completion report listing any flagged records or anomalies.
