Create sql database with ETF data

I am looking to create an sql database to house data related to ETFs. Specifically, I need the database to contain the fund holdings, and the data needs to be able to frequently queried. I require current data, since the database will need to be updated in a timely fashion. I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced in creating similar databases and can create this for me quickly and efficiently. Thanks for your time!
